• Parents house is over 5000 sq ft and you can get a strong signal from every room and outside.

• Depends on where the router is in your house i.e. Center of the house up stairs, basement, closet, all these can change the range drastically. I prefer to have up higher and center of the house usually with normal drywall and no major obstructions easily cover a normal 3 bed house (12 to 15,00 square feet)

• It is strong enough for my 1,600 sf house. So it probably depends on the size of your house. I put mine in a central bedroom.

• The range says for medium to large homes, if you are looking for the best range get model number AC1750 it has the best range

• Cant remember what it said on the packaging, but I have a large house and I get a great signal at the opposite end of my home.
