Yes it is! I have 3 Roku Express sticks, and it worked, actually better than my previous router. Made connecting very easy. Fortunately, you have 2 WiFi's available, 2G and 5G. The 5G version is not available to Roku, but the 2G worked perfectly.

I use Roku 2 and Amazon's firestick. It works well with both of them. I have not encountered any problems. I hope this helps you. I don't know about Chromecast. You can Google ,with your question ,to possibly get information on Chromecast and Netgear 600 compatibility.
