How far does it extend signal null

Around 30 yards, through 5 walls.

It depends on the placement of the main router, the extender, and the device you want it to reach. The instructions say to place it about halfway between the router and the device and then move it if necessary. While it does extend the range, it also weakens the wi-fi signal so that has to be considered. It works for me if I want to listed to music on my phone outside or if I am in the back corner of my house. Just beware that this just extends the range and doesn't actually increase the wi-fi speed.
