“My mom lives in a retirement building with 200 apartments. They offer free wi-fi thru out, but my mom's seems to sporadic . Is there any thing that will help her get a stronger signal without having to get to the building's router ?”

• So long as you have the password to the original wifi you should be able to set it up.
