• It's doubtful. It's barely strong enough to provide signal to the next room, in a house with sheetrock & studded walls.

• I am not sure about solid concrete, but mine works through cinder block walls. I would imagine the thickness of the walls/flooring/ceiling would have an effect as well.

• Yes, but the signal will be weak so you might not get that much of an extended rage. Try it if that does not work get a stronger extender.

• It depends on how many walls, thickness of the walls and the advertised boosting power.

• Sure. It's purpose is to increase the signal of the main router so that you can use your WiFi with several walls between you and router.
