“Does the lens on the "cabin view" have the ability to be slightly moved towards the driver's window? Or it it solidly fixed. Then how could you achieve a driver's window view? Thanks!”

Rear facing lens is pretty much fixed where it is, if Camera is mounted right you will have good view of drivers cabin, including the driver. If you want more of a driver window view opt for the rear mounted camera, mounts to rear window. There is nothing saying you need to mount it on the rear glass. Just a matter of how to mount it and how to run the cable.
