• Cameras have power cords. Wireless signal.

• Thank you for the question and happy to help. This system uses Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity) to connect to the recorder. It still requires power which is provided through AC cable. We do offer Wire Free systems that use Wi-Fi and battery power if you prefer a fully cable free system. Thanks, Night Owl SP Support Team
