Happy to help address each. 1- For additional cameras you'll want to search for model CAM-2PK-FWIP4L. 2- The recording options are 1 or the other but not both. This is to allow consumers flexibility in choice, but unfortunately not redundancy. 3- Accessing the localized SD card recordings is possible via the app without removing the card. This system allows for up to 10 cameras to be added. You may position them inside or outside. Check Storage Settings Your system has a 1TB NVR (Network Video Recorder), which stores footage locally. If the storage is full, older recordings will be automatically overwritten. 2. Adjust Recording Settings Go to the NVR settings via the app or directly on the NVR. Change the recording mode: Motion-activated recording instead of continuous recording can extend storage. Adjust the sensitivity of motion detection to record only necessary events. Lower the resolution (if an option is available) to save space. 3. Check Video Retention Settings in the App Open the Night Owl Protect app. Navigate to Storage Settings. If available, adjust video retention time or delete frequency settings. 4. Wi-Fi cameras all leverage wireless connectivity for audio/video transmission, the difference is that the IP tag (internet protocol) signifies they don't need to connect to a recorder, but can stand alone for cloud based recording or onboard recording.
