Thank you for the question and happy to help. Unfortunately we cannot speak to the quality of components that are not ours, but should the cables not work this system will include cabling you could use as a backup plan. We understand how painful that is to replace so we would hope for the best though. You also might check on the return policy of this retailer to try the new recorder and replace 1 cam with your existing cabling to see if all works.
