A:AnswerIf the cable is good and you have tried switching monitors and it still does not work, take the cover (4 screws) off the DVR. Inside you will find a 2032 lithium battery. Replace it. This worked on a WNVR-20B-41. Night Owl would prefer you replace the system instead of the battery. Technical support did not even know if there was a video card or not.
