“I thought DVR meant it would record? Mine informed me there is NO storage? I'm confused because the whole point to getting this system is to have it record and/or playback. Is there a reason I would get this error? Please help!”

You have to put your own hard drive in this one. It does say that it doesnt come with one. It is very easy to do though.
