We can only guarantee the product can be used as intended. We do have some overseas customers who are able to use our products with the purchase of a voltage converter, but again we make no guarantees. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's hard to say. The reason for that is if you buy it locally then chances are good that the correct voltage is right for your area. If you buy it from United States then the voltage will be 110v not the 220-240v that you have to have. I know in different areas of the world the voltage is different than United States. And the products that are sold in that area are offerd in the correct voltage. But the same product that it is in the United States. I hope this helps and I would ask the person that you are buying it from just to confirm the correct voltage. PS. I love mine it works very well no issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you can find a step-down transformer for the unit and cameras it should work. The unit and power for the cameras are all 110/120 volt. The step down transformer would reduce the power from 220/240 to 110/120
