“If the 60ft cable is too short can i use a longer cable purchased separately? If so how long of cable will the image remain good quality? I may need to go 200ft or so”

I came up short on two of my cable runs. So I ordered some female/ female connectors from E Bay and connected (2) 60 ft cables together to reach my DVR. System works perfectly!!!!
