“I am still not able to view my cameras away from home using the app.i have my wired system connected to reliable wifi.The app just says connecting on device tab when trying to view while away from home.someone help me. I've asked this question 3xs now.”

Good Afternoon, please make sure you are downloading the Night Owl X application to your smart device. The Night Owl X app is the application that will allow you to view the live feed from the cameras and playback of the recordings. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Create an account directly from the app first. I had the same issue. Make sure you're using Knight Owl X and not Knight Owl HD. After that, mine has worked perfect. Hope this helps.
