• With Night Owl, there are no monthly fees for using the Night Owl services. All recordings will be within the internal HDD, you will be able to view the content at any time. Also, you are able to view your system remotely from your smart device by downloading the Night Owl Application. Thank you for choosing Night Owl.

• No, there is no monthly fee because the only person monitoring the cameras is you. You install an app once the DVR and cameras are wired in that lets you monitor them yourself as long as the DVR is hooked up to your modem by Ethernet cable. The app will send you notifications if motion is detected but I must tell you that you can’t always view the video. The app really isn’t that great but the live view is good.
