“How come I am not able to view the cameras while away from home using the app. I get notifications but the screens are just black. It says device connecting.”

Good Afternoon, you will be able to view your Night Owl system remotely through our Night Owl application via your computer or smart device. For the best possible connection, we recommend having a wired internet connection that provides you with a minimum of 2 Mbps of upload speed. Also, when connecting remotely, we recommend using a reliable wi-fi connection. Thank you for choosing Night Owl.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same problem. The apps are broken. I open the port and use the internet explorer to view it on my computer. Then i remote access the computer on my phone to view it when i am mobile. IT IS PAINFUL. Dont bother with the app. I waisted my thanksgiving holiday trying to get support and fixing the problem. Return the unit while you can. Get a different system
