The D3300 has a 52mm lens mount. If you wide angle lens has the 52mm mount, it should work. If you don't know, it should be written on the side of the lens

If your NIKKOR Lens is an AF-S lens - you will obtain autofocus. If it is not, you can mount the lens regardless, you would just have to use manual focus. The D3200 and D3300 do not have a focus motor. They require lenses that have a focus motor. NIKKOR lens with the AF-S designator contain a Silent Wave Focus motor.
