Honestly it depends on the frequency of use and if you are filming vs capturing. I have had this product for over a month and charged the battery once. I tend to use it every other day for a hand full of shot (3 or 5) and battery still has not needed a recharge. If you used it all day off a fresh charge it should be able to handle tons of shots. Not to sure about video though.

A fully charged Nikon EN-EL14a battery can shoot approximately 700 still photos when in single frame release mode, or approximately 55 minutes at 1080/60p of movie recording. Detailed battery life specifications can be found in the Technical Notes section of the D3300 Reference Manual.
