One of the options you can use to get sports images is to press the Release Mode button that's found on the lower, right-hand side of the back of the camera. This will place shooting options on the screen. Highlight the Continuous option and press "OK". The camera will then be in Continuous Burst mode which will allow it to take up to 100 images in succession when you hold down the shutter button. This camera also has a Sports Mode option on the top mode dial which allows the camera to take images continuously when you hold down the shutter button.
