• Yes, The reusable filter comes with this machine. The frother does not heat, if I want warm froth, I pop it in the microwave for a few seconds first.

• No. For warm frothing you have to heat the milk first in the microwave. Yes the reusable filter comes with it. btw we love it and highly recommend this product!

• The reusable filter does come with it. The frothier does not heat milk - the instructions say to microwave the milk for 45-60 seconds (30 seconds worked for me), or you can froth cold milk.
