“Is it normal for this machine to drip another 2 oz or so after the brew is done? I use the k cup feature and after I make my cup the machine beeps saying it's done remove my mug and the machine continues to drip water”

• Once the brew cycle is complete, we recommend moving the drip stop to the closed position (denoted by the image of a water drop with a slash through it) before removing your vessel to avoid drips.
