I love that this thing will make K Cups and regular brewed coffee, plus coffee over ice. I haven't made any coffee over ice yet, but I'm sure I will when the weather warms up. I bought some reusable K Cups and that works great, too! Also, it makes coffee super fast and I'm super happy with it. It's a major improvement over the percolator that I was using before and got burned by pretty bad.

Fast and quiet. Much quicker and makes a better kcup than our keuirg. Has all the features we wanted as a replacement. Easy to fill water container and sleek design.

I never worked well, since I bought it, I had trouble making the right coffee size, and I always said I had to clean it.

This is a great coffee maker for us. Sometimes we need a big pot of coffee and sometimes just a quick cup on the go and this is the perfect coffeemaker to switch back and forth very easily.

Its a great looking coffee maker that comes with an interchangeble piece to use the K cups at the top for brewing. Wish that it made the little Ninja beep that my air fryer and Ninja soda thing make but just an aesthetic. Love that it has a delay setting for coffee ready to go as soon as you start your day!

When it was functioning properly, it was a great machine. However the cleaning cycle takes 75 minutes, you need vinegar, and you can't skip it and make coffee and clean it later. It will not work in any capacity until you clean it. I have had mine less than a year and it is not overheating, mangling the K cups and producing less coffee than it should it all the settings. I am getting like a tiny amount of coffee from the 18 oz setting. I have other Ninja products that work great so not sure if this one just tries to do too much or I got a lemon.

Great coffee maker love it so far ! Just make sure to keep it clean and dry inside the brewing space it gets wet and can get nasty if you dont clean it .

The coffee pot is clogged internally and no longer pumps water into the boiler inside. Ive only had it 1 year. It’s not something I would recommend

Works great, easy to use. The cold brew function works great and uses less water. It makes great coffee.

I have had this coffee maker for around 6 months now and I would recommend it. It works well, brews and keeps the coffee hot, and I love being able to swap to brewing k cups. My only real complaint it the mechanism to open the lid where you put the grounds/k cups feels like you have to break it to open it. Any time guests stay over if they wake up first they all give up on trying to make coffee because it seems like you’re doing something wrong, it’s kind of crazy for this priced coffee maker. Other than that it’s been great and have had no issues

I’ve gone through a lot of coffee makers. Keurigs, nepresso, standard coffee makers. This one so far has been the absolute best. Being able to go from making a pot of coffee and choosing the amount when I want more than just a cup or if I’m having coffee with my husband to being able to switch It over and just add an adapter and use my choice of k-cups and make a single cup is great. It’s easy to clean. The heating/ warming after brew is fantastic. Even if this one would break down I would go out and buy another just because this one has been so convenient and gives a quality cup.

I get pretty confused with how to run the average coffee maker but this is easy enough for me to figure out. Well thought out. It has all the features I wanted to use and they are easy enough I actually use them.

I'm a fan of Ninja products which is why I chose this brand. This is not a push start and go type of coffee maker. There are a lot of options to select first to help customize to your taste, and a couple of accessories needed to switch between k-cups and drip functions, but using trial and error you'll get the hang after a couple of brews. It brews fast whether you're making a pot or a k-cup. I'm not a fan of the iced coffee and that function seems redundant as you could make it without having a dedicated option for it. Love the convenient scoop that easily attaches to the side, otherwise it would become one more item to get lost in my junk drawer. Have been using this coffee maker for a month now and I'm pretty happy with it.

I love this coffee pot. It has been the best one we've ever had. We purchased it in June of 2024. In that amount of time it has alerted us to clean it once. Of all days, Christmas morning, it developed a clog and alerted us. The cleaning process would not complete. Just tons of sputtering. My problem is with the protection plan we chose to add at the time of purchase. After spending 40 minutes on the phone, I now have an appointment to carry the coffee pot into my nearest store. Problem is I can't get there today, so we will go days without a coffee pot. Not even sure if I will leave with one. Extremely inconvenient. I recommend cleaning it on a schedule so this doesn't happen.

A good coffee maker. This is our 2nd one and it is smaller than the first 12 cup maker was. But the coffee maker does the job
