A:AnswerOnce the lid is properly on and sealed, hit the power button on the left. It will not engage unless the cover is on correctly. Then you select the function (Button 1,2 or 3) and voila. If your're using the cups then similar but in that case you must use button 4.
A:AnswerWhen I was looking for additional pitchers and on the go smoothie cups I went to Ninjas own website and there they have every attachment available for purchase.
A:AnswerNinja containers and blades do not fit on other blender or processor units at this time. In most cases, our blade systems and bases are unique to each of our blenders which is why the Jars are not interchangeable. Each accessory will lock into the motor base.

A:AnswerWe would like to inform you that this blender does not include a slicing and shredding disc. With this being said, there is a Professional Prep System, that includes a slicing and shredding disc, available separately.
A:AnswerOne person answered that it would work on a 10 amp circuit. I believe that was a typo because most kitchen circuits are 20 amp not ten amps. Virtually no homes have ten amp circuits in the kitchen. Also, if you wish to know how many amps are needed divide watts by volts and you will be very close. 1500watts / 120Volts = 12.5 amps. This would cause a 10 amp circuit to trip out. Obviously the blender will not be at full amperage the entire time it is running but it is good to size your needs according to the maximum amperage output.
