It comes with a small recipe booklet with some suggestions. But I wouldn't rely on just that book if you are new to using a blender or processor. You can go online and get lots of recipes to use both appliances.

Yes it comes with a small book of recipe ideas with more online-especially for smoothies. I do not know what you mean by "extract nutrients" you blend the whole item so all the nutrients would still be in there. Same with the food processor part.

It does not come with a recipe book. The item functions as a blender not an extractor.
