What age does your child have to be to play with this? null

The Nintendo factory rep had a 4yr old boy as well and suggest this unit with 3D for beginners. The go 3D unit, then 7-9 yrs more advance. In the beginning a 3D effects unit just adds a little confusion for a 4 yr old or beginner.

I would say about late 6 years old and older. Of course parents should always be aware of what the child is doing even if he/her is age appropiate.
