If your looking for multiple people to play with one card, you need to look for the “family plan membership”. Otherwise you have to buy individual memberships. 

Attached a photo of the family members. I believe it allows 6 people to sign up for just 1 card

the only way that they would be able to share a plan is if you get a family plan, and i don’t think this is the right card for that. i’m pretty sure a family plan is about 8 dollars more than this but i don’t believe they can share this card

Yes you have to buy the family membership card it a little bit more for it but you can have it on multiple systems. As long as u have an account with Nintendo you can do it.

I would not do that. If you can not buy 2 yearly cards for $19.99 then buy 2 6 month cards for $9.99. You do not want any fights of who's turn it is or you had it longer then I.
