Unfortunately you’re probably out of luck. You can see if whomever you bought it from would be willing to work with you but the code is on the actual card. So If it’s gone, you’ll need to get a new one.

You can't, only the card has the code.....you will have to purchase another one.

Our code was on our receipt? If you still have it! If not I would just call Nintendo and see if they could trace the purchase?

Normally you can’t. It’s a lost cause. If you have the slip where you bought it. I would call.
