Same thing has been happening to me for a few days. I contacted support and they said it was sold out online, so my guess is that it's the website.

They have it instock in certain Best Buy Stores, and online through other retailers

pre orders are sold out. never to be available again. or so I'm told by every gaming store ive talked to
