Q: QuestionI see that No Mans Sky: Limited Edition is available for pre order. I put it in my cart and go to checkout. I then get a message saying it is sold out. Is there a problem with the website, or is it really sold out. Please help.

• A:Answer Same thing has been happening to me for a few days. I contacted support and they said it was sold out online, so my guess is that it's the website.

• A:Answer It said that for me and then changed to Pre-Order but would not let me pre-order it. I called the 1 888 customer service number and they were able to tell me the number of days until it would be available for pre-order. It is a possibility that it has more coming but not a guarantee, Call and ask, the least they will say is that it is out so it doesn't hurt to check.

• A:Answer Yes, the copy will be delivered on the release date IF Pre-ordered. if not, you have to select the best shipping option to get it quicker.

• A:Answer You can, but I wouldn't. I did this yesterday morning and still haven't received the DLC code. Best Buy customer service told me on the phone that they are out of codes and have no idea when they will be getting them. I will be going with other sources for my video games in the future.
