• It probably wasn't available to ship to your address because the closest Best Buy locations didn't have any available on hand. Smaller items that aren't in high demand or stocked in abundance don't ordinarily ship from a distribution center directly to a customer. The item would ship to a store on routine replenishment and any orders received would be fulfilled with said stock. If stores operating in a particular district all show to have a limited number on hand then the item would be delivered to a store on an already scheduled delivery and in turn the order would be sent from that store to a customer utilizing local carriers.

• Maybe try to order it again? I got mine shipped to my house this month or try ship to store if there is one near you. They may have had a lack of stock in the warehouse.
