“I got this for Christmas and it says it charges the iphone even if it has a case on it. Well it won't work at all with any of my cases....what am I doing wrong???? Please help..”

Did you adjust the charging plug height,underneath the dock? It can go from normal to high
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a case on mine, I had to push the button on the bottom to raise it up. Because when it was on low it wouldn’t fit. Not sure if you have tried that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried adjusting the height of the charging connector? It has two positions. The highest one works well with all my phone cases. The lower position is best for a phone without a case, or an Air Pod case charging.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am not sure what issues you are having but I use mine with the case on it. I do have to manually move the charging plug to align with the iPhone port upon setting the phone on the charger.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It has an adjustable lightning charger. You have to flip the lever on the bottom so the charger extends up. Then it works with your case
