The bike was not in stock here in Honolulu Best Buy either, they have been sold out online repeatedly but I kept monitoring to see when it popped back up as a delay in shipping (can't purchase if out of stock but can when they have them in other warehouses). I went into my HNL store and had them ring me up at the Help Center. The bike was then slotted to come into my store. Good luck! I love mine.
