A:Answer Yes, repeated problems. Their solution is to keep sending you a replacement crank arm, which then subsequently does the same thing after a couple weeks of use. Which tells me, but apparently not them, that the problem is not the crank arm. It will take them at least 2 weeks to get you the crank arm, so get on hold with them quickly so that they can put it in the queue. They have absolutely terrible customer service, so beware. If you want a technician to look at it, expect that to take 8-10 weeks if they will even agree to send one (they will do everything they can to dissuade you from going that route, including making it take months).
