• The bike does have preloaded workouts and courses. You don't even have to log-in or use ifit to access these workouts.

• I have a Pro-form treadmill with 30 workouts programmed into the machine which I am able to access in 'manual mode' - an iFit subscription is not needed. Once you get your treadmill to operate manually (some kind of program update is needed - iFit tech support can help) you will find the 30 programs by hitting one of the following buttons - incline, speed, calorie, intensity - to see the 30 workouts.
