I'm on my third bike. The first one had a crooked frame and the Geek Squad brought a second one and set it up. Then the incline and resistance stopped working after one week and Geek Squad came out again and brought a third bike. All these problems occured within a month of me getting the bike so not sure what would happen after the 90 days the Geek Squad guarantee covers.
