The warranty is less important than the manufacturer's unwillingness to resolve warranty issues. We have had repeated problems with ours since we purchased it. Their solution is to send replacement parts and ask you to disassemble/re-assemble the bike to install the replacement parts. Which doesn't make much sense when you've paid BestBuy a couple hundred dollars to assemble it in the first place, but I digress. In any event, from what I've read, everyone seems to have problems with the bike and with warranty issues and /customer service. Their customer service is the worst I have encountered in my 44 years on planet Earth. And it isn't even close.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine is one month old. Love the bike but small annoying problems continue. They keep sending replacement parts for me to install without fixing the problem. WORST customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. So yes there is a warranty but that is only as good as the company service department.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You get a 1 yr warranty from the manufacturer. Best Buy doesn’t offer a warranty on this product. You have to go through NordicTrack for an extended warranty. I purchased a 4yr warranty for $240.
