You will have to put the router in bridge mode and turn off wifi if it is also your modem if you have a seperate router then yes.

And you need to plug into the unit, so in the case of FIOS, I have a. router/modem combo. I plugged this unit into one of the jacks of the router and turned off the FIOS wifi signal so WIFI is forced to go through the CORE.

Please try again later.Yes it does, just plug your modem into the norton core and your ready to set up your security router.i had fios and the WiFi router was great BUT I still had dead spots around the house, I now have cablevision, their WiFi router stinks. The norton core is amazing my whole house is covered even my basement bathroom with the door closed I can watch a you tube video
