- Answer yes. intel is not pcie gen 4, and almost all test benches are intel 10th gen, which is pcie gen 3. you're ok

- Answer Yeah, you should be fine, a 650 watt is the absolute minimum PSU required. Unless you're doing some intense overclocking, I'd invest in a higher wattage PSU.
