A:Answerthe founders edition is just the original nvidia model of the card, without any custom changes to the body or the specs. This is just nvidia's original card design, from which the custom non nvidia cards are made.
A:AnswerI mean you could always try. If you draw too much power, it would turn off your computer. If you are running this card on max settings tho, I’d recommend getting the new PSU
A:AnswerThose specs should work just fine. The 3070 calls for a 650w PSU at minimum. The Ryzen 2700x CPU should also work just as well and avoid any bottle necking issues (not sure I would go with a lower tier CPU than this though).
A:AnswerIts worth a shot to try to get it on the 29th, but there will be lots of competition and it is highly unlikely many people without bots will get it. I recommend turning notifications on for the 3070 and checking regularly throughout November and December. Good luck!
