After approval of replacing the unit, they required me to get the original receipt which I don't have thanks to the lose of receipts due to hurricane damage. Looking at some of the comments, I was wondering if Best Buy as a good and understanding store could help me out on replacing the unit package. I have tried to get a receipt reprint but for a reason I don't understand, not even my recent purchases appear on my list.
