Thanks for your answer but my question was if I can get it replaced, because it was clear by Nvidia that the cause was a faulty USB port which burn out my game control and affected the bluetooth performance with a great lack, I can't connect a keyboard or a mouse on either USB port. After approval of replacing the unit, they required me to get the original receipt which I don't have thanks to the lose of receipts due to hurricane damage. Looking at some of the comments, I was wondering if Best Buy as a good and understanding store could help me out on replacing the unit package. I have tried to get a receipt reprint but for a reason I don't understand, not even my recent purchases appear on my list.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You don't have the nVidia Shield Pro, you have the 2017 model nVidia Shield. The new one has a triangular remote. If you need a remote, order the triangular new one as it will work with either model. If your unit burned out, replace it with the newer model. I have both and the newer one is a little better in color and response.
