• Yes you can. You have to enable the unknown sources option in settings of your Nvidia Shield to allow third-party installation of third-party apps. Then go to Google Play Store and install ES File Explorer on Shield TV. You can find further assistance by doing a google search for adding 3rd party apps to Nvidia Shield.
