No, but a quick trip to the google store and you can get Kodi loaded.

I know its android but not sure if its nougat. It doesnt come with kodi loaded you would just need to download the app through the play store.

O but you can download Jodi if you know how.

Out of the box it has the Android OS installed. If you want Kodi, you have to side load it on the shield.

It does not. You will have to go into settings in and tweak a few things in order to load 3rd party software onto the fire stick. Just look up how to install kodi on YouTube and you will find several videos that will walk you through it.
