“i have a few questions .... on the usb part does it support all usb's or only 3.0 and higher ? if you have movies on a usb flash drive can you plug it in an watch them through the box and if so what all video formats will it support ?”

This unit is compatible with USB 2.0, USB 3.0 and you can play movie files from flash drive. The video file format supported are Xvid/ DivX/ASF/AVI/MKV/MOV/M2TS/MPEG-TS/MP4/WEB-M.
