How do I open the carrying case null

The case has a zipper with a thin 1 1/2" cord on the back. With the case facing you, "O" on top and sitting on a flat surface, you can find the cord by running your hand along the edges of the case all around it. Once you have found the cord, firmly pinch the cord as you pull it gently towards the nearest side. If the zipper does not move, try pulling in a different direction. As the zipper glides along the edge, continue pulling around the case until nearly to where you started. At this point, you should be able to lift the face from the opposite side of where you started with the zipper to open the case.
