“Is the battery on the elite strap removable, In case you want to use it without the extra weight?”

• It doesn't appear to be removable from a conventional standpoint. If it is, I believe you'd have to take off the comfort band and that may ruin it. they also sell an elite strap without the battery pack for about $50.

• Why would you want to, the weight counterbalances it you dingus the weight is a good thing.
