• Touch is simply the name for the controllers that work with Oculus Rift. Most, if not all, VR release for the regular PCVR headsets are compatible with Oculus Rift, either released through Oculus store or Steam.

• I can't speak for what "touch" means, but these games will run very well on this headset, as long as you have a PC that can run the games as well.
