If you go to the website choose the help option and it should give you prompts if your under warranty. If not, I suggest going to geek squad or even trouble shooting the issue by researching online. I had an issue to where my headset would not connect and fixed it through just researching personal post from others. It was a simple cord that was unplugged in the headset.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I personally would take it back to Bestbuy first and speak to manager and show them the issue and they will able to assist. This happened when you took it out of the box so it should not of happened in first place. This is a manufacture defect not your fault. I would be surprise if they dont step up to to help and get a replacement.
