Can I use this VR Headsets fir X-Plane 11 null

Your best source of information on your question would be to refer to the owners manual, or if you own the game on steam it will let you know on the store page. Im not near my steam right now, but I think it is compatible.

Not natively yet but it is promised. Currently third party "Flyinside" is needed.

No but the developers of the game are working on including VR support via update. They don't have a release date for this update yet.
