If you have small glasses frame then yoy should be fine, however it will not work for you if you have those thick and round glasses frame. Theres a 3rd party frames you can buy to put inside the headset but they are 70 dollars and requires you to give them your eye prescription.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, but it will be uncomfortable if your frames are too big. My glasses are about 2 inch (length) x 1 inch (height) and while it's not entirely comfortable, I got used to it after adjusting the straps.
